The Big Accessories BX880SB is a six-panel cap made from 100% cotton twill. Twill weaves a tight diagonal face that holds up to handling, and cotton gives it a soft, natural hand that breaks in further with wear rather than staying stiff out of the box. Cotton also takes dye evenly, so color stays consistent across a full order.

The build is unstructured at a low profile, so the crown folds down against the head instead of standing upright, which is what gives the cap its relaxed, worn-in look. That soft front means embroidery works better with a backing, since there is no firm panel to hold stitches flat. Six-panel construction meets at a center front seam, the traditional baseball cap build, so decoration works on either side of the seam or straight across it depending on the shape of the logo.
