Description

The BX020 6-Panel Structured Twill Cap from Big Accessories is a 100% cotton twill build with a structured crown at a low-profile height. That pairing is worth noting, since structured caps often run high or mid-profile, while this one keeps the front firm and upright but sits closer to the head. The result presents cleanly for decoration without the taller, bolder silhouette that reads as sportswear.

Behind the front panel sits buckram, a stiffened backing placed there to support decoration, giving embroidery a stable base so stitching comes out flat and crisp rather than puckering the way it can on a soft crown. That backing is why structured caps remain the standard for corporate and uniform work. The fabric is untreated cotton twill, breathable and consistent in color across an order. A matching hook-and-loop closure adjusts at the rear, opening and resetting in a second and keeping the hardware color in line with the cap.
