BA661 Big Accessories Safety Trucker Cap

The Big Accessories BA661 is a five-panel safety trucker cap made from 100% polyester with mesh back panels. Polyester holds color through sun exposure and dries quickly, and the mesh back lets heat escape out of the crown, which matters on a cap worn through a full shift outdoors. Five-panel construction runs one continuous front panel with no center seam to split a logo.

Reflective material runs in three places, and that placement is the point of the cap. A reflective sandwich bill puts a reflective layer along the edge of the brim, and reflective taping runs across the mesh panels and the closure, so the cap shows from the front, the sides, and the back rather than only one angle. On a job site or a roadway, the head-level visibility reaches where a vest does not, and it catches headlights at the height a driver scans first. A two-piece hook-and-loop closure adjusts across a wide range of head sizes and opens with one pull. Decoration should stay clear of the reflective taping so the visibility is not covered. Road and utility crews, construction and site programs, night and early shift teams, and outdoor work crews are the common fit.
