Description

The Big Accessories BA656T is a trucker cap with a 100% cotton twill front and 100% polyester mesh back panels. Cotton twill gives the front a natural hand and a tight diagonal weave that holds up to handling, while the mesh back lets heat escape straight out of the crown, which is the split that makes a trucker cap wearable through a long day in warm weather.

A cotton twill patch is sewn to the front, measuring 3¾ inches wide by 2 inches high, and that patch is the point of the cap. Instead of decorating directly onto the crown, a program embellishes the patch itself, which gives a defined border for artwork, a flat and stable surface that holds embroidery better than a soft twill panel, and a finished retail look without the design floating loose on the front. The dimensions also set the working area up front, so artwork can be scaled to fit before production rather than adjusted on press. A snapback closure adjusts across a wide range of head sizes and holds its setting through repeated use. Retail programs, outdoor and casual brands, event teams, and hospitality staff uniforms are common fits.
