The BA540 Sport Trucker Cap from Big Accessories is a 100% polyester build, and that all-polyester construction is what separates a sport trucker from a cotton one. Polyester holds its color through sun exposure and repeated washing, dries quickly when it picks up sweat, and does not sag out of shape the way a cotton front can after a season of hard wear, which is why it is the standard choice for caps that get worn during activity rather than around it.

The crown is structured across six panels, holding the front upright so it presents well on a shelf and gives decorators a firm, even surface to stitch on. Soft mesh back panels keep air moving through the crown, and the softer mesh feels better against the head than the stiff, open weave used on classic truckers. The bill comes pre-curved and ready to wear straight out of the box, and a snapback closure adjusts at the rear across a wide range of head sizes.
