Bella+Canvas describes the BC3001 as its best-selling unisex essential, featuring a classic crew neck, retail fit, and proprietary Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton for enhanced softness and a smooth fabric surface suitable for a variety of printing and decoration methods. Available in a wide selection of colors, it is a versatile choice for custom apparel and everyday wear.

Made from 4.2 oz., 32 singles Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, the BC3001 is constructed from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton for most colors, while Ash is 99% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton and 1% polyester. Airlume cotton is produced by combing cotton fibers to remove shorter strands before ring-spinning the yarn, creating a softer hand feel and a more consistent fabric surface than conventional carded cotton. The pre-shrunk fabric helps maintain consistent sizing, while the retail fit, coverstitched collar and sleeves, shoulder-to-shoulder taping, and side-seamed construction enhance durability, shape retention, and overall comfort. Current production features a tear-away label for easier custom rebranding, although label style may vary by production run.
