Made from 5.8 oz., 32 singles Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, the BC1080 features 100% cotton for most colors, while select colors such as Deep Heather use a cotton/polyester blend. The 1x1 rib knit construction creates a fine vertical texture with natural stretch, providing a comfortable, close-fitting silhouette. The slim fit offers a fitted women's shape, while the three-eighths-inch self-binding on the armholes and neckline creates clean finished edges with a refined trim. Pre-shrunk fabric helps minimize shrinkage and maintain sizing consistency. Side-seamed construction helps maintain structure and shape retention. Current production features a tear-away label for easier custom rebranding, although label style may vary by production run.
