Made from 4.2 oz., 32 singles Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, the 6004 features 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton for most colors, while fiber content varies by color, including blends such as Ash, Athletic Heather, Black Heather, and select Heather CVC colorways. Airlume cotton is produced by combing cotton fibers to remove shorter strands before ring-spinning the yarn, creating a softer hand feel and a smoother, more consistent fabric surface. The slim fit provides a closer-fitting women's silhouette with fitted sleeves, while the longer body length offers additional torso coverage for versatile styling.

Pre-shrunk fabric helps minimize shrinkage and maintain sizing consistency. Shoulder-to-shoulder taping reinforces the neckline seam, and side-seamed construction helps maintain structure and shape. Current production features a tear-away label for easier custom rebranding, although label style may vary by production run.
