The Badger 4120 B-Core Sport Shoulders T-Shirt is a men's lightweight 100% polyester performance tee built for athletic programs, team apparel, coaching staff, PE uniforms, recreational leagues, and branded merchandise where a moisture-wicking, antimicrobial performance tee with maximum arm mobility needs to carry a team or company logo across one of the broadest athletic color palettes in the wholesale market. Badger describes the B-Core as a performance shirt built for home or sports, engineered with Badger Sport paneled shoulders for maximum movement and a true athletic fit.

Made from 3.5 oz, 100% polyester moisture-management and antimicrobial performance fabric, the 4120 delivers a lightweight, breathable construction that wicks moisture away from the skin for rapid evaporation while the antimicrobial treatment keeps the fabric fresh during extended active use. The Badger Sport paneled shoulder is the defining construction feature, where the shoulder seam is positioned and angled specifically to allow unrestricted arm movement during throwing, swinging, reaching, and overhead activity rather than the standard set-in sleeve construction that can bind at the shoulder during athletic movement.

The self-fabric collar uses the same performance fabric as the body for a clean, smooth neckline. Double-needle hem reinforces the bottom edge for lasting durability. The Badger heat-seal logo on the left sleeve carries the brand identifier. Made in a facility accredited by the Fair Labor Association. 28 color options across team, athletic, fashion, and safety tones.
