ZION Atlantis Headwear Sustainable Five-Panel Trucker Cap

The Atlantis Headwear ZION is a five-panel trucker cap built from recycled polyester throughout. The front panels use a recycled polyester twill, a tight diagonal weave that holds an even face and resists creasing, while the side and back panels use recycled polyester mesh that vents heat straight out of the crown. Both halves come from reclaimed fiber rather than virgin production.

Five-panel construction runs one continuous piece across the front instead of joining two halves at a center seam, so the front stays unbroken from edge to edge. That single wide panel is the practical reason this style suits larger logos, wordmarks, and full-width designs that a center seam would split. The visor is ReTraze recycled material. A self fabric sweatband finishes the inside, and the recycled snapback closure adjusts across a wide range of head sizes and holds its setting through repeated use. Retail brands, outdoor events, hospitality programs, and custom branded programs are the common fit.

Care Instructions

• Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry, since agitation and heat can distort the mesh and warp the visor.
• Air dry only, and shape the crown and visor while damp so the cap dries in form.
• Do not bleach, as bleach weakens polyester fibers and causes uneven color loss.
• Do not iron directly over any decoration.
