Description

The Alleson Athletic 590BBL Cage Batter Short Sleeve Jacket is an adult short sleeve batting jacket built for baseball programs, softball teams, travel ball, high school athletics, and branded team uniforms where a lightweight, stretchy warmup jacket needs to carry a team logo for cage work, pregame warmups, and sideline wear. The cage jacket format is a baseball and softball staple worn during batting practice and pregame warmups to keep the upper body warm and loose between at-bats without restricting the swing.

The front and back body and side panels are made from 95/5 polyester/spandex Soft-Tec colorfast fabric that provides a soft hand with built-in stretch for unrestricted movement during the batting swing and warmup throws. The 5% spandex allows the jacket to move freely with the arms and torso. The contrast color sleeves, collar, and side panels use 100% colorfast polyester interlock for a two-tone team color appearance that coordinates with the team uniform. The cationic colorfast dyeing on both fabrics locks in team colors through a full season of washing. The modified V-neck provides a comfortable, open neckline that allows easy on and off over batting helmets and equipment. The right-side front pocket with a button provides secure storage for small items while wearing. The scoop bottom hemline follows a curved, rounded edge that sits cleanly at the hip.
