The Valucap S102 Sandwich Trucker Cap combines a 55/45 cotton-polyester twill front with a 100% polyester mesh back. The slightly cotton-rich twill provides a softer hand feel, while the polyester content complements the structured construction. The polyester mesh back creates a lightweight, breathable design that suits the classic trucker-cap style.

The sandwich visor is a defining feature of this style, with a contrasting strip positioned between the upper and lower layers of the brim. This detail adds a second color to the design without requiring contrasting crown panels. The structured six-panel crown provides a firm front surface for decoration, while the mid-profile design offers a balanced overall shape.
