Made from 4 oz, 100% polyester interlock with PosiCharge technology, the lightweight construction delivers moisture-wicking performance for fast-drying comfort. PosiCharge technology locks color into the fiber, keeping team colors sharp and consistent through repeated washing without fading. UPF 50 provides sun protection from harmful UV rays during extended outdoor activity. The self-fabric collar with collar stand provides a structured, upright neckline that stays polished throughout the day. Taped neck reinforces the neckline seam. The 5-button placket with dyed-to-match buttons provides a longer, feminine front closure with coordinated hardware. The 1/2 sleeves with set-in, open-hem construction provide slightly longer arm coverage than standard short sleeves with a relaxed, modern sleeve edge.
