The construction is built around that firm front. A structured firm front panel with full buckram holds its shape and gives embroidery a stable, upright canvas to sit flat on, which is what separates it from a soft dad hat. Apre-curvedd visor comes shaped out of the box, pro stitch runs front and back for a clean finish, and six sewn eyelets add ventilation. A matching top visor, undershirt,r and a standard cotton twill sweatband in a matching cap fabric keep the whole cap cohesive, and an adjustable hook-and-loop closure fits a wide range of head sizes.
