The shell is a 4.7 oz./yd² 300 denier 100% polyester with durable, waterproof, seam-sealed construction, so it keeps rain out at the seams as well as through the fabric, and 300 denier gives it enough toughness to handle daily contact with trucks, tools, and equipment. Thermal insulation adds warmth inside, making it a reliable choice for early starts and late finishes in the colder months.

The bomber cut sits at the waist, staying out of the way when crouching, climbing into cabs, or wearing a tool belt. Black at the bottom front and on the sleeves hides the dirt that shows first on those areas, keeping the jacket looking clean longer. A hidden collar hood stows away until the weather turns. Visibility comes from 2" wide reflective material. Storage is practical: a larger radio pocket on the left chest fits a full-size handheld, a right chest outside-access multi-use pocket closes with a vertical zipper, and two outside slash pockets keep hands warm.
