Edwards 9925 is part of the Redwood & Ross Synergy Collection, a ladies' washable jewel neck dress built for corporate, financial services, hotel, and airline programs where a dress uniform needs to coordinate directly with the Synergy suit collection. At 6.2 oz and 100% polyester Synergy fabric, the dress pairs with Synergy suit coats 6525 and 6575, allowing programs to build a coordinated dress-and-jacket option within the same fabric family.

Front and back princess seams shape the dress through the bust, waist, and hip for a tailored silhouette. The jewel neckline sits close to the base of the neck in a clean, rounded frame without collar structure, reading formal and polished in corporate and hospitality settings. A hidden back zipper keeps the closure clean from all angles, and a back kick pleat allows ease of movement when walking. Full-body lining gives the dress structure and prevents the fabric from clinging during wear.

On-seam pockets provide practical storage without visible stitching on the front panel. An optional self-fabric tie belt adds a waist-defining styling detail. Colorfast construction is tested through 50 home wash and dry cycles. The men's companion suit coat is style 3525.
