Made from 100% polyester at 3.52 oz, the fabric is lightweight enough that staff wearing this vest through a full banquet or service shift are not dealing with excessive heat or restriction. Brocade is a jacquard-woven fabric where the pattern is built into the weave structure itself rather than printed on top of the fabric.
