The Edwards 4281 is the Melange Ultra-Light Chambray Service Shirt built for hotel housekeeping, EVS, healthcare, spa, and assisted living programs where male service staff need a lightweight, professional-looking shirt that handles active physical shifts and industrial laundering. At 3.5 oz and 100% polyester ultra-light melange, this is among the lightest service shirts in the Edwards lineup. The melange construction blends fibers of varying tones before weaving, creating a heathered, mixed-tone surface that reads more contemporary than a flat solid shirt in hotel and hospitality environments.

The full-zip front with spread collar gives the 4281 a refined silhouette with no visible button hardware, opening and closing quickly for access between tasks. The chest pocket includes a mesh bag interior that keeps small items like a room key or thermometer secure and contained. A back yoke with pleats provides structure and ease of movement through the upper back during active housekeeping and EVS work. The 3M Scotchgard finish handles soil release from cleaning product contact during a shift. The ladies' companion tunic is style 7279.
