At 8.29 oz, the 90% polyester, 10% spandex blend provides two-way stretch that allows full arm and shoulder movement without the fabric pulling tight across the back during overhead reaching or bending.

Flat-lock seam construction joins the fabric panels so seams lie completely flat against the skin, eliminating the raised ridges that cause chafing during extended wear in active roles. Rib-knit cuffs and hem seal the openings against wind without adding bulk, keeping the pullover functional as a standalone layer or under outerwear.

The quarter-zip opening with a contrasting zipper and inner collar neck tape lets staff adjust ventilation quickly during temperature shifts without removing the layer entirely.
