Description

The Edwards 3301 is the long-sleeve version of the classic 10-button chef coat built for commercial kitchen, restaurant, hotel, and catering programs that require full arm coverage during active cooking. Made from 65% polyester and 35% cotton at 7.0 oz, the construction matches the short-sleeve companion style 3306, with full sleeve coverage added for hot oven work, sauce splatter, and kitchen environments where food safety or safety compliance standards require covered forearms.

The full cut provides room through the chest, arms, and back for unrestricted movement and layering over a cook's shirt. The 10-button placket fastens in either direction for left- and right-handed closures across a mixed kitchen team. A sewn-in collar with extra bar tacking at stress points holds up through repeated industrial laundering. The mitered breast pocket sits cleanly at the chest, and a thermometer pocket on the left sleeve keeps an instant-read thermometer accessible during service without using the breast pocket.
