Description

The Chef Designs 0403 is a chef coat made from 7 oz./yd², 65/35 polyester-cotton twill. The polyester-rich blend provides durability and easy care, while the cotton content adds comfort and breathability for busy kitchen environments. A soil-release finish helps release grease and food stains during laundering, making the coat easier to maintain. The fabric is pre-shrunk to help minimize shrinkage and maintain a consistent fit after washing.

The coat features a double-breasted front with two rows of four pearl buttons, allowing the front panel to be reversed to help conceal stains during service. Vented cuffs provide additional ease of movement around the wrists and can offer a more comfortable fit during extended kitchen shifts. A stand-up collar gives the coat a traditional chef-coat appearance, while the left chest pocket provides convenient storage for small essentials. The Chef Designs 0403 is suitable for restaurants, hotels, catering operations, institutional food service, culinary programs, and custom-branded food-service uniforms.

Care Instructions

Machine wash warm with like colors.
Do not bleach, as bleach weakens the fibers and damages the soil-release finish.
Tumble dry low to protect the finish.
Do not use fabric softener, since it coats the fibers and reduces soil release.
Do not iron directly over any decoration.
