The BX024 Structured Camo Hat from Big Accessories puts a camouflage print on a firm, upright build. The crown is structured across six panels, so the front panels stand rather than folding in, and that matters more on a patterned cap than a solid one. A flat, upright front holds the camouflage print evenly across the panel instead of letting it distort in the folds, so the pattern reads clearly and consistently.

The fabric is 100% cotton twill, and twill is well suited to camouflage printing since the weave gives the pattern a stable, even surface without the texture interference a ripstop grid or canvas would introduce. Cotton breathes against the head through long days outdoors. Sewn eyelets vent the crown, stitched into the fabric so nothing metal breaks up the print. A self fabric strap closes at the rear with a D-ring slider and a tuck-in that hides the tail for a clean finish.
