Made from 4.2 oz., 32 singles Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, the BC3001T features 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton for most colors, while Athletic Heather is 90% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton and 10% polyester, and select heather colors use a cotton/polyester blend. Airlume cotton is produced by combing cotton fibers to remove shorter strands before ring-spinning the yarn, creating a softer hand feel and a smoother, more consistent fabric surface.

The pre-shrunk fabric helps minimize shrinkage and maintain sizing consistency. Side-seamed construction helps maintain structure and shape retention, while the current production tear-away label allows easier custom rebranding, although label style may vary by production run.
