Most BC3001CVC colorways are made from a 52% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton and 48% polyester CVC blend, although fiber content may vary by color. The blend creates the signature heathered appearance as the cotton and polyester fibers absorb dye differently, producing subtle variations in tone. The retail fit provides a modern silhouette, while the tear-away label on current production makes custom rebranding easier, though label style may vary by production run.
