The Atlantis Headwear OAK is a cuffed beanie knit from 100% Polylana, an engineered low-impact yarn that cuts energy, water, and CO2 use during production compared to conventional yarn. The material knits and handles like standard yarn, so the sustainability gain sits in how the fiber is made rather than in how the beanie wears.

The knit is chunky rib, which means wider ribs than a fine gauge beanie. Those deeper ribs stretch further and pull back harder, so the beanie grips a range of head sizes while showing a heavier, more textured face. Construction is single-layer, so the beanie stays lighter and less bulky than a lined build, though it also gives less wind resistance than a double-layer piece. The cuff folds up at the brow and doubles the fabric over the ears. On a chunky rib, embroidery sits best on the cuff, since the flatter folded band holds stitches better than the deep ribs of the crown. Winter event staff, outdoor crews, retail brands, and custom branded programs are the common fit.
