FIJI Atlantis Headwear Sustainable Five-Panel Cap

The Atlantis Headwear FIJI is a five-panel cap made from 100% recycled polyester twill. Twill is a tight diagonal weave that holds a firm, even face and resists creasing, and the recycled polyester keeps color through sun exposure and repeated wear without shrinking. Five-panel construction runs one continuous piece across the front rather than joining two halves at a center seam, so the decoration area stays unbroken from edge to edge.

The crown is structured with recycled buckram and sits at a mid profile, so it holds shape without rising tall on the head. That buckram backing is what keeps embroidery square on the front panel instead of letting stitches pull into the weave. The visor is pre-curved and uses ReTraze recycled material, arriving shaped rather than flat. A self fabric sweatband handles the inside fit and matches the cap body, and the hook-and-loop closure at the back adjusts across a wide range of head sizes and stays where it is set. Corporate programs, outdoor events, retail brands, and custom-branded programs are common fits.

Care Instructions

• Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry, since agitation and heat can break down the buckram and warp the visor.
• Air dry only, and shape the crown and visor while damp so the cap dries in form.
• Do not bleach, as bleach weakens polyester fibers and causes uneven color loss.
• Do not iron directly over any decoration.
